- Roll-off dumpsters are an efficient and cost-effective way to eliminate large quantities of junk, debris, and other waste. Here are some frequently asked questions to consider before renting a dumpster.
A: If you anticipate that your project will last longer than several days and you personally plan on filling the container yourself, then it will most likely be a good fit.
A: You may provide us with your placement preference, provide us with a photo or work with one of our professionals to determine where your dumpster will go. Our smaller dumpsters fit in most standard driveways.
• 15 YD- Our 15 cubic-yard dumpsters measure 13’ long, 8’ wide, and 6’ high. This size container is ideal for smaller household projects, such as bathroom remodeling, garage or attic cleaning, or removal of small amounts of construction or landscaping materials like dirt, roofing shingles, or concrete.
• 20 YD- 20-yard roll-off dumpsters have the same width and height as our 15-yarders but are 3 feet longer. 20-yard dumpsters are perfect for larger home projects, such as multi-room or kitchen remodels, home cleanouts, carpet removal and replacement, deck or shed demolition, or work on multi-family residences.
• 30 YD- The 30-yard dumpster has the same height and width as the 20-yarders (6’ x 8’) but is a 7 foot longer. This option works well for major residential projects, such as large-scale remodeling, new home construction, and garage demolitions.
• 40 YD- Our standard 40-yard roll-off dumpster measures 23′ long , 8′ wide, and 8′ high. This is our highest capacity dumpster, recommended for the largest-scale commercial or residential demolition projects, commercial roofing, landscaping, large-scale water and fire remediation, major home construction, and more.
A: Materials such as leftover paint, bottles of motor oil, and unused chemicals are considered hazardous and may not be thrown in the container. Other common hazardous items that may not be thrown in the containers are electronics (e-waste), asbestos, tires, tanks, and various other items. Disposing of these items in our containers can cause you to incur a fine.
A: We will discuss your project with you up-front so that you understanding the pricing and do not receive unnecessary costs.
A: Depending on where your dumpster is placed and the scope of your project, you may require a permit. Please have your permit before you rent your dumpster
Most common household and construction materials can be disposed of in the dumpster. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items that you are unsure about.
Price is decided by multiple factors: the size of container, the type of debris, the location of the delivery, and the rental period. For specific pricing questions, give us a call.

Yes, all our dumpsters have doors located on the rear of the container allowing you to be able to carry in items that may be too heavy to throw over the sides of the containers.
All of our dumpsters have a fill line sticker on the outside. Materials on the inside of the dumpster MUST be level with this sticker.
However, containers loaded with heavy materials (like roofing materials, dirt, asphalt, brick, etc) CAN NOT exceed half full. If you have any questions about your load, give us a call!
No, we do not require you to be home. All our paperwork needed for delivery is completed before we deliver the dumpster; therefore, all we need to know is where you want the container dropped.
If you do not want the dumpster for the whole rental period, you can just call us and schedule an early pick up. We are typically next day for any final pickups.
Our standard rental period is 14 days. If you need to keep the dumpster longer, let us know when you sign up or when we call to confirm your pickup.
